Pimco Trail Running Club or PTRC is a great way to enjoy trail running to the max having your own community to help you in your practice and training regimen by providing the trail routes and the facilities you need. PTRC is developing own TrailRunners Clubhouse at the Sierra Madre along the Marcos Highway (also known as Marikina-Infanta Highway) between Barangay San Andres and Cuyambay.
Joining the Trail Running Club is easy one can check the privileges that go with the membership, agree on the rules, and register online for membership.
TrailRunners Clubhouse is under construction along the highway in Tanay and easily accessible to Trail Runners. Its strategically located at the trailhead of different trail routes going to the mountains of Sierra Madre mountain ranges. It will have restaurant and coffee shop at the ground floor offering runners with native delicacies and runners lounge at the 2nd floor and at the back overlooking Masungi Rock.
The Clubhouse has other facilities like shower room and dressing rooms for male and female members. It has lockers for the safety of members belongings and offer massage services. Good for practice and training.
Pimco Trail Runners Club is a Pimco Sporting Events-sponsored trail running club available for membership soon to trail runners like you. Membership is very limited to avoid crowding in the Clubhouse which will be sponsored by Woodland Holiday & Leisure Park. It's first come first serve. Become a member and get enjoy the privileges that go with it. By becoming a member of the Pimco Trail Runners Club, you will get the following benefits:
1/ You will receive a special discount on all the races of Pimco Sporting Events up to 20%.
2/ You will have exclusive access to Trail Runners Clubhouse which will be built within the Woodland Park located along Marcos Highway in the boundary of Sitio Mayagay, Barangay Sampaloc, Tanay, Rizal. The Clubhouse will include a restaurant, members lounge, separate shower/cr for males and females, lockers, change room, and services such as massage and runners guide to trail routes. The clubhouse is strategically located with convenient access to the now famous trail routes of San Andres, May Sawa, and Cuyambay.
3/ Run all you can as more trail routes discovered by Pimco and maintained will be available to members.
4/ You will get a free membership at PTRC which provides ranking for top Trail Runners who are members of the Club.
5/ Your membership comes with a Pimco Shirt and ID Card contained in the Membership welcome kit which you will receive upon full payment of the entrance fee at the Clubhouse or at the office of Pimco Sporting Events.
6/ All the distances you covered in your practice run, familiarization, and training whether alone or in the group will be logged and recorded to be credited and awarded with Certificates that officially place you in ranking with other members. As you completed distances, altitude, and elevation as well as improve your time, you gain in the official rating achieving higher stars from Beginner to Master Trail Runner level.
7/ Entrance Fee is P750.00 and monthly dues is P150/member.
Membership is open to both foreign and local trail runners. Pimco will open registration for interested members soon. The start of construction of the Clubhouse will be announced by the end of September after the Holding of the Woodland MAFF '23.
All participants in the upcoming Woodland International Trail Run Fun Race in September 3 will automatically become a member with the entrance Fee waived and will only have to sign up for membership and pay for the ID.
